No. Fampy is a technology platform of Yamsoft Ltd (United Kingdom). Yamsoft does not hold or manage your money. Cards and payment services are provided by licensed third-party providers, which depend on where you live.
Who can use Fampy?
Parents aged 18 or over can open an account in the Fampy app. Children use the Fampy Kids app after a parent links them to their account.
How much does it cost?
All fees are shown in the app before you pay, so you always know the cost before you confirm.
Why do I need to verify my identity?
The law requires card providers to know who their customers are. Verification is done in the app: you take a photo of your ID document and a quick selfie.
What if a card is lost or stolen?
Block the card in the app straight away – it takes one tap – and contact us at [email protected].
How do I close my account?
You can close your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account) or by emailing [email protected]. Any money left on your cards is returned to you.
